What I Eat in a Day as a Nutritionist – Nov 1
Ok so here’s what I eat in a day as a nutritionist!
I need about 1800 ish calories to maintain my weight. I haven’t calculated this day’s exact calories, but I’d guess it’s close to 1800 if not a little more than that.
8:30am Steak & eggs with shaved Parmesan, green beans, and Caesar dressing
12:30pm 2 Tbsp peanut butter
1:30pm Loaded meat sauce with ground beef, canned crushed tomatoes, and Parmesan
3:30pm Ice cream 1/2 cup
4:15pm 2 Tbsp peanut butter
8pm salad with chicken and oil-based dressing
10pm 3 mini candies at the movies
