What I Eat in a Day as a Nutritionist – Jan 6
Ok so here’s what I eat in a day as a nutritionist!
I need about 1800 ish calories to maintain my weight. I haven’t calculated this day’s exact calories, but I’d guess it’s close to 1800 if not a little more than that.
8:30am – Wheat germ cookie
12:40pm – Burrito bowl with tomatoes, chicken cauliflower rice, cheese, shredded lettuce, and guac
3:13 pm- BBQ pineapple chicken
6pm- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
7:38pm- BBQ pineapple chicken and roasted veggies with carrots, onions, and green beans
