“Monster Munch” Candy Corn Trail Mix
Ingredients
15 Candy corn – 110 calories
⅛ cup Nuts – 100 calories
Instructions
- Combine nuts and candy corn in a small bowl.
- Feel free to use any nut/seed you prefer. Roasted & salted nuts are fine.
Pumpkin Pie Popcorn
Ingredients
4 cups Popcorn, popped, plain – 124 calories
1 Tbsp Caramel (Tbsp) – 60 calories
1 tsp Butter (tsp) – 36 calories
1 Tbsp White chocolate chips, Tbsp – 70 calories
¼ tsp Cinnamon – 0 calories
1 tsp Pumpkin seasoning – 0 calories
⅛ tsp Salt – 0 calories
Instructions
- Pop popcorn from kernels or use a pre-popped version (choose a calorie-equivalent amount).
- Melt white chocolate chips and butter in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
- Top popcorn with caramel, white chocolate chips, and seasonings.

Spooky Banana & Chocolate Bites
Ingredients
1 Banana – 105 calories
2 Tbsp Peanut butter, unsweetened (Tbsp) – 188 calories
1 Tbsp Chocolate chips, semisweet, Tbsp – 60 calories
Instructions
- Slice banana, top with peanut butter and mini chocolate chips to make candy eyes
- No peanuts? Use any other nut or seed butter
Pumpkin Dip with Apple
Get into the fall spirit with these mouthwatering fall flavors!
Ingredients
4 Tbsp Cream cheese, whipped (Tbsp) – 132 calories
1 Tbsp Pumpkin, puree, unsweetened (Tbsp) – 5 calories
½ tsp Maple Syrup (tsp) – 9 calories
¼ tsp Cinnamon – 0 calories
¼ tsp Salt – 0 calories
1 Apple, small – 77 calories
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and salt.
- Blend until smooth with a hand-blender (preferable) – of if you don’t have a blender, just mix with a spoon.
- Enjoy with a sliced apple!
- No dairy? Use dairy-free cream cheese, or sub out this meal for another.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Coconut, shredded or flakes, sweetened – 35 calories

⅓ cup Marshmallows, mini – 50 calories
Instructions
- Pop popcorn if not already popped.
- Add in chocolate, marshmallows, and coconut. Mix to combine.
- Note: I used peppermint chips instead of chocolate chips – if you can find those at your store, use them!
Peach & Prosciutto “Mummy Finger” Bites

- Slice peach.
