Instructions
  1. Pop popcorn from kernels or use a pre-popped version (choose a calorie-equivalent amount).
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and butter in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
  3. Top popcorn with caramel, white chocolate chips, and seasonings.

¼ tsp Salt – 0 calories

1 Apple, small – 77 calories

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth with a hand-blender (preferable) – of if you don’t have a blender, just mix with a spoon.
  3. Enjoy with a sliced apple!
  4. No dairy? Use dairy-free cream cheese, or sub out this meal for another.
  5. Note 1: There are cookies in the picture, but no cookies in the recipe. If you want cookies, just track them!

  3. Note: I used peppermint chips instead of chocolate chips – if you can find those at your store, use them!

Tap into your creativity with these ideas below for ways to make monster mouths, googly eyes, or trying out fresh ways to put a new spin on your old favs. Everything doesn’t have to be over-the-top and gross-looking. You can also do a nice nod to Halloween with simple touches to get the point across as well.
