What I Eat in a Day as a Nutritionist – Feb 12
Ok so here’s what I eat in a day as a nutritionist!
I need about 1800 ish calories to maintain my weight. I haven’t calculated this day’s exact calories, but I’d guess it’s close to 1800 if not a little more than that.
10:00am – 2 string cheeses, 2 clementines, 1 hard boiled egg
2:48pm – Salad with roast chicken, tomato, spinach, avocado, fat free dressing, salt, & pepper
4:54pm- Full fat ice cream
7:16pm- BBQ pulled pork & Brussels sprouts
