What I Eat in a Day as a Nutritionist – Nov 26
Ok so here’s what I eat in a day as a nutritionist!
I need about 1800 ish calories to maintain my weight. I haven’t calculated this day’s exact calories, but I’d guess it’s close to 1800.
8am 2 eggs and 1/4 cup guac
11:15am 4 oz turkey + 1 oz cheese + 2+ cups stir-fried (with an oil spray) green beans and Brussels sprouts. Dipped in 1-2 Tbsp fat free vinaigrette
2pm 1 serving whole grain gold fish
3:30pm 2 Tbsp peanut butter and 1 oz uncured salami
7:30pm Lettuce wrapped fajitas with chicken, stir-fried onions and peppers, and guac
